Return And Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
3. For hygiene reasons, panties, nipple covers, and opened intimate accessories are non-returnable.
4. Swimwear may be returned if hygiene liners are intact and tags are attached.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
